Brother From Another Mother

A poem

Not by blood, but bond we grew,
In laughter, trials, through and through.
A brother found, not born the same,
Yet closer than most kin could claim.

Your voice is there when things go south,
Words of wisdom, no need for doubt.
You lift me up when days are rough,
A brother’s strength, the strongest stuff.

Through highs and lows, we’ve paved our way,
Shared secrets only friends can say.
No ties of birth, yet side by side,
We face the world with loyal pride.

You’re family, though fate did part
Our paths, we share one steadfast heart.
A brother not by birth but choice,
In every laugh, in every voice.
